Before April 2005, I was unmotivated and uncertain of my own abilities. Life was stagnating and I had nowhere else to go. Playing with Photoshop 7, I thought my abilities were ok until I saw the art galleries of professional artists. Inspired by these artists, I set forth on my journey to becoming a professional artist myself. This was not only a career goal, but a very personal one. I wanted to be proud of something; I wanted my family and friends to be proud of me. Everyone I knew always said “When you become famous, don’t forget me!” The last thing I ever want to do is to disappoint those who saw my future as an artist.

I did not want to disappoint myself either.

Art is not a tool to me, it’s my life. It does not control me; it relaxes me from the stress of life. It is who I am and what I was meant for. I trust this to be my fate. I do not care if it does not make me rich and famous, I only care that I live a comfortable life that I can handle.
